Data collected
We only collect the data you send us voluntarily through our forms:
- Quote form
- Name, workshop or brand, email, country, telephone, practice, dimensions and production volume, materials, software, space available, time frame and free-text message.
- Newsletter
- Email address only.
- Server technical log
- IP address and timestamp, kept by the host for security purposes.
Purpose
The data from the quote form are used exclusively to prepare a commercial response and, where applicable, the survey of your workshop. The newsletter email address is used exclusively to send our news, a few times a year.
Your information is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed on to a third party for marketing purposes.

Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in respect of your data. Write to contact@shapexpert.com: we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
Cookies
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. No third-party tracker is loaded. No consent banner is therefore necessary.
To be reviewed if you ever add analytics, an advertising pixel, a video hosted by a third party (YouTube, Vimeo) or an interactive map: a consent banner and an update to this page will then be required.
Fonts
To be checked when the site goes live: if the fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, the visitor's IP address is sent to Google. To avoid any processing outside the EU, host the font files on your own server (see the site's LISEZMOI file). This line can then be deleted.
