Delivery, installation, training
Delivery · Installation · Full training
The number one objection on a purchase of this size is not the price, it is “what happens next?”. Here is exactly what happens between your order and your first board off the machine.
Free workshop survey, carried out remotely. Reply within 48 h.

The six steps
From order to working on your own
- Workshop survey, free of charge. Remotely.
Dimensioned layout drawing, real footprint, ceiling height, power supply, dust extraction. Before any order, and with no commitment. We work from your photos and your measurements — no visit to arrange, no cost.
- Order: 50% on signature.
The deposit starts the build. The balance is paid before shipping, once the machine has been assembled and tested in our workshop. Commissioning is invoiced at the end of the training.
- Built in France: 4 to 6 weeks.
Every machine is built to your dimensions, then assembled and set up in our workshop before shipping. It is running before it leaves.
- Delivery and on-site installation: 7 days.
In France and abroad alike, we travel to you: the machine is reassembled, aligned, calibrated and commissioned in your workshop. Outside France it travels in a crate and we meet the machine on site.
- Training: 7 days.
From your Shape3D or AKU file to your first board off the machine, with your own blanks and your own models. The training ends when you have produced a complete board without us.
- 6 months support, 2-year warranty.
Phone, WhatsApp and remote access to the machine. Most problems are sorted out without anyone travelling.
What that adds up to
Seven days of installation and seven days of training on site: no general-purpose CNC builder offers that. It is not a service line item, it is the reason a machine bought from us is running after two weeks.
Paying for the machine
50% on order, 50% before shipping
No arrangement fees, no finance company to approach. The deposit starts the build, the balance is paid once the machine has been assembled and tested in our workshop — before it leaves. Commissioning — on-site installation and training — is invoiced at €1,500 excl. VAT at the end of the training, excluding the technician's travel and accommodation.
If you would rather spread the cost
For workshops established in France, we can look into a staged payment: one payment on order, then monthly instalments, the machine remaining our property until the final payment. It is a facility we grant ourselves, case by case, after reviewing the file — it is not a bank loan and there is no intermediary. The terms are set out in a separate contract, signed with the quote; delivery, installation and training remain payable in full.
The workshop survey
Before you order, we check that it fits
It is a shaper's first concrete objection, before the price even: will it fit? The survey is free, it is carried out remotely, and it comes back to you as a dimensioned drawing.
- What we ask you for. The dimensions of your space, one or two photos, the ceiling height, where your sockets are, and the maximum length of the boards you produce.
- What you get. A dimensioned layout drawing as a PDF: machine footprint, the area to clear, clearances, the blank loading position, and what to plan for on the electrical and dust extraction side.
- What it avoids. A machine that will not go through the door, a ceiling that is too low, or a loading length nobody thought about. Three expensive mistakes, all visible in ten minutes on a drawing.
Frequently asked questions
On installation and support
Is the workshop survey really free?
Yes, and with no commitment. It is carried out remotely, from your measurements and your photos. If your workshop is not suitable, we tell you — that is part of what it is for.
Are travel costs included in the €1,500?
No. The €1,500 excl. VAT covers installation and training. The technician's travel and accommodation are invoiced on top, at cost, and priced in the quote according to where you are.
Do you work outside France?
Yes, on the same terms as in France. The survey of your workshop is carried out remotely, wherever you are. The machine then travels in a crate, and we come on site for the installation and the seven days of training. Only transport, travel and accommodation are invoiced on top, at cost and priced in the quote.
How does payment work?
50% of the machine price when the quote is signed, which starts the build, and 50% before shipping, once the machine has been assembled and tested in our workshop. Commissioning — installation and training — is invoiced at the end of the training, payable within 30 days. Payment by bank transfer. The detail is in article 6 of the terms and conditions.
Can I pay in instalments?
For workshops established in France, yes, it is possible and we have done it before: one payment on order then monthly instalments, with a retention of title clause — the machine belongs to us until the final payment. It is not a bank loan: it is a payment term we grant ourselves, between businesses, case by case and after reviewing the file. The terms are set out in a separate contract. Say so in your quote request and we will talk it over.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Parts and labour, for two years from acceptance. Diagnosis is done remotely first; if a visit is needed, it is at our expense in mainland France during the first year. Consumables — cutters, Kanthal wire, vacuum pods, wear parts — are excluded, as on any machine tool, as is damage caused by improper use or by modification of the machine. The detail is in article 13 of the terms and conditions.
And after the 6 months of support?
The warranty still runs, and everything covered by it is still handled free of charge. What changes is usage support: beyond six months, it moves to a maintenance contract or is billed per call-out.
